Petr Malecek has 30 years of experience in international law and finance as a trader, investment banker and lawyer with firsthand experience in various financial centers including Tokyo, London and across Europe and the CEE and MENA regions, having advised governments, corporate entities and financial institutions.
The practice has two main focuses: Leveraged Finance and Disputes.


The Leveraged Finance
practice is based on experience advising clients on leveraged acquisition finance and project finance mandates across Europe, CEE and MENA.

The Dispute practice
focuses on anti-fraud, anti-corruption and asset recovery actions both domestic and cross border. Supporting the practices is a consultancy/investigation capability that has both a domestic and cross border reach.

Clients benefit from a network of contacts across the CEE and beyond that can be employed on a case by case basis to seamlessly facilitate transactions and solve problems.
